Northern Beaches Women’s Shelter x Bassike Charity Luncheon
Bassike, a women-led Australian fashion brand renowned for sustainable, minimalist wardrobe essentials, has partnered with NBWS since 2019. Through its annual charity luncheon, Bassike has raised over $470,000 to support the shelter’s vital work. In 2025, Caressa Gonsalves contributed a ceramic work to the live auction, helping continue this commitment to empowering women in crisis and making a meaningful impact through art and community collaboration.

Honoured to have my work featured in the beautiful Emerald House, an alteration and addition to a heritage-listed 1890s Victorian home in Sydney. Shot for Vogue, the project brings a contemporary sensibility to the interiors while celebrating the elegance and history of the original architecture. Grateful to see my pieces living within such a thoughtful, theatrical and deeply considered home.
